We have some exciting news to share! As you may know, Charles Schwab acquired TD Ameritrade in 2019 and will soon begin the process of transitioning accounts into the Charles Schwab platform.
During the migration process that starts on Friday, September 1, TD Ameritrade client accounts will be automatically and securely transferred to Charles Schwab. It’s important to note that on the first business day after Labor Day, Tuesday, September 5 at 5 AM ET, you will be able to access your former TD Ameritrade accounts through Charles Schwab’s platforms for the very first time.
As a valued client of ZRC Wealth, we want to make you aware that TD Ameritrade accounts that are transferred to Charles Schwab will not be automatically linked to ZRC Wealth Management. If you would like ZRC Wealth to oversee your former TD Ameritrade account(s), reach out to your dedicated Client Service Advisor, Kelly Gillette, or Andrew Kirchner. They will be glad to help you move those accounts under the ZRC umbrella.
